        昨晚我去了南极，冰冷无情的世界，越是冷越想喝水，越冷越想尿个尿。冷是对身体的挤压，最寒冷的时候，我看到了火光，火箭的火光，那不仅仅是光，是一种向上升的力量！把一切都丢在脑后的义无反顾。那天下着小雨，我坐在离火箭很近的地方，看火箭点火升天。我许了一个最大的愿，我笑着对自己说最大的愿都是不能实现的愿。所以我下次要许一个更大的愿，让今天的愿变成小愿，让它实现。更大的愿是什么呢？那先让火箭上了天再说吧，反正我现在在玉米地里坐着呢，心里急。
        在南极的这个晚上，我拼命的往心里灌一种水，一种带气的水，气泡在水里，会让你想到家，妈妈在熬粥，锅里在冒着气泡。爸爸在旁边笑着说今天的薏米不错。
        小的时候，我经常会看见锅里翻腾的粥，想好玩的事情，然后就开小差，思想从粥的泡泡开始，越飞越远。                   
        在美院上学时，有一天的课程让我感动，一个女模特，坐在一块黄花的布上，老师的意思是想说这个女人是个黄花女人，布旁边有个大树墩子，几个树杈交叉在一起，有点原始洞穴的感觉，我看明白了，一个原始洞穴的黄花姑娘坐在那等未来。基础课就这样，有的时候会在一块绿色的布上，放上几个黄色的苹果，你也可以说，黄色的苹果在等未来。。。。。。原来被咬掉一口的苹果最有未来。 
        几天前，我特想辟谷一下，据说七天以后身体当中的东西会排泄的很干净。这是一种自然疗法，当你第一天不吃东西的时候，你觉得没什么，当你第二天不吃东西的时候你觉得没什么，不饿，当你第三天不吃东西的时候你觉得饿而且饿的慌，到了第四天就不饿了，而且很有精神，身体自动启动补养系统，此时身体在消耗自己的能量，如果用喝奶形容，此时的身体是自己喝自己的奶，然后人会消瘦，觉得虚，好像听说人七天不吃饭就会差不多饿死了，而在第七天之前的那几天暂时饿不死，但是身体中的很多妖魔鬼怪都给逼出来了，所以说很轻松。我在第七天的时候，天旋地转，觉得自己快不行了，喝了点水，但是我觉得好像我已经脱离了这个世界，虚的不行。老师说下课了，我醒了过来，我一看在课堂，画素描呢，我在画洞穴女人的时候，做了个梦。但是我想说的是七天就是一周，在一周的时间里你可以做很多的事情，你也可以什么都不做，只是静静的冥想。慢慢的你会发现你对人生，会有新的感悟，一周就是一圈，一圈就是轮回。
        明天我将出一趟远门，回老家。休息休息。把心情收拾一下，把身体养一养。再过上几天就该去西藏体验生活了，都说西藏海拔高，缺氧，所以我想去试一试，我的精神和身体能不能过了高原这一关。

The Arctic Ocean

 In the evening, in the South Pole I tried my hardest to fill a water into heart, a water with gas, gas bubbles in the water, will make you think of home, my mother was cooking congee, in the pot with the bubbling. Dad beside say with smile today's coil seed good

In my childhood cooking porridge, I often saw pot of porridge, troubled to fun things, and then absent-minded, the ideas from the start, porridge bubbles farther......

In the school, one day the class moved me, a female model, sitting in a piece of cloth with yellow flowers, the teacher meant to say that this woman is an untouched virgin, beside cloth there was a big tree light, several branches cross together, a bit primitive cave feeling, I saw that in the primitive cave the virgin sit that to wait the future. Basic courses like this, sometimes put some yellow apples on a piece of green cloth, you can say, yellow apples wait the future...... That was a bit off the apple with most of the future.
A few days ago, I especially want to BiGu once, it is said that after seven days body will drain very clean. This is a natural therapy, when you first day do not eat, you think nothing, when you the next day do not eat you feel nothing, not hungry, the third day you don't eat , you feel hungry and hungry, the fourth day will not hungry, and you feel spirit, the body automatically start the feeder system, at this time the body's own energy consumption, if use drink milk describe, at this time of the body drink own milk, then people will feel empty, angular, hear people seven days without eating will almost starved to death, but during a few days not to the seventh day you can’t , but many of the evil spirits in the body are forced out, so relaxe. The seventh day, I am very dizzy, feel oneself dying, drink some water, but I feel away from the this world, very prostrate. The teacher said the class was over, I woke up, I look at in the classroom, sketch. When I painted caves female, had a dream. But I want to say seven days is a week, in a week's time, you can do a lot of things, you also can do nothing, just quiet meditation. Slowly you will find there you will have new comprehension to your life, a week is a circle, a circle is samsara.

Tomorrow I'll be out of town, a trip back to home. Have a rest. The mood tidy up, the body keep a raise. After a few days I will go to Tibet to experience the life, all say Tibet is at high altitudes, lack of oxygen, so I want to have a try, my spirit and body can or not pass the plateau.
