走在船上，海边的家

         人走在船上的时候，很温暖的风吹了好几天了，把心里面的一些问题也吹走了，其实心里面也没什么问题，就是想去吹吹暖风。在家里，在我们的家里，房子在很高的山上，从脚底下去到山顶，需要坐渔民的船送过去。渔民的船很大，白天运货，像个很商务的货船，晚上运人特别像偷渡，开船的人两个眼睛在夜里发着光，他没什么恶意，只是睁大了眼睛盯着远处的海面，那个亮光可能是海水在他瞳孔上的反光，你如果心里发虚，这的很害怕这光。你如果是偷渡者，真的很害怕；我不是偷渡者，只想用这条船把我送回家，心里很踏实。刚吃了一顿好吃的晚餐，晚餐是在一个很偏僻的地方吃的，吃到夜里三点，最好吃的猜就是一个白白的螺片。味道很嫩很鲜美，走出饭店，先是灯火辉煌，没有车灯，然后就是月黑风高，海水泛着月光，就像吃大海虾，蘸着酸酸的醋。这两个东西看起来好像没什么关系，到底是你沾我，还是我沾你，说不清楚，所以说海水和月光是一家。风击帆船的声音很大，震动着夜里的海，远处三男两女，在码头说笑，这么深的夜，没有什么人会在外面，他们不是睡不着，他们是精力旺盛，我已经累的不行了。我其实不是累，是觉得心满意足了就该休息了，就该睡了，这个时候最好的梦乡就是家。

         咳嗽已经咳了一百多天了，小的时候就听说百日咳，咳嗽要咳一百天不可思议，居然我咳了一百天了，也是不可思议，最近的这个中医给开的中药，喝到嘴里一点也不苦，还甜甜的，我认为它不是中药，是给我补气补心血的好东西，所以我的身体渐渐好了起来，我第一次觉得喝中药不太痛苦，甚至还有点幸福的感觉，因为我的咳嗽快好了，我也希望快点好。
         咳嗽真的耽误了不少时间，不少心情，不少身体。咳嗽真的不是一个好事情，好的中药方子，不光是治，而应该是补治泄防的合成体，咳嗽不是用喉咙在咳，是全身的集体在运动，所以治疗咳嗽就得从全身治疗和调理开始，这样才能除根，只是治的这一步，咳嗽好了以后，我觉得我得去做锻炼身体的功课，也许会选瑜伽，还是别的，没有最后定下来，身体不运动不行。

         身体就像一个海岛，如果海岛上长满了很多的树，树的根不但从底下吸收养分，还从空气中吸收氧气，那么这个岛就会很温暖很结实，也不怕风吹雨打，人在这样的岛上可以生活的很好，很自由，很安详，吃一盘小粉丝，你会觉得很幸福，喝杯鲜榨橙汁，你会觉得很舒心；你可以去看展览，可以去听音乐会；或坐在海边的石头发呆晒太阳，看着远处，想着各种各样有意思的事情，如果这个岛上面没有树，只是一些黄黄的茅草，它就经不起风吹，也经不起雨打，没有办法积聚能量，就很容易生病，很容易咳嗽。小岛咳嗽起来，真是惊天动地。有一个朋友跟我说，咳是没痰，嗽就是有痰，你到的是有痰没痰。那个岛说没潭，荒岛说很着急，好的时候也要练瑜伽，让我的岛长满好看的树，盖各种各样的房子，让各种各样的朋友来岛上做客，让他们吃更好吃的小粉丝儿，喝鲜美的鲜榨橙汁，盖上美术馆，盖上音乐厅，修上非诚勿扰的路，高高低低的，让来的人不想去，觉得是自己的家，回到自己的家，回家。
